He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul O. Moran and Willa Blanche Moran (Purkey); his spouse Avolene Clark Moran; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Yow and Eleanor Sue Kinsey.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Ardt of Lancaster, PA, Debbie Lemley (Chuck) of Morgantown, WV, Randy Moran (Dawn) of Barrackville, Daniel Moran (Glanna) of Fairmont and Matthew Moran (Sandra) of Liberty, SC; his siblings, Roy Moran, Lee Moran, John Moran (Susan), Esther Reinhardt, Ellen Lucille Stevens (Robert), Ethel Elsey (Kenneth) and Etta Gay Urgo; and his sister-in-law Laura Moran. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
