He was predeceased by: his daughter Lacetta Ashcraft; his grandparents, Grover and May Ashcraft; and his brother Frederick Wayne Ashcraft. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Lynn Morris Ashcraft; his children, Shawn Ashcraft (Vanessa) of Berkley Springs, Donald Ashcraft (Rebecca) of Bunner Ridge, Melissa Smallwood (Roger) of Benton's Ferry and Gerald Ashcraft (Vicky) of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Amber Hobday, Crystal Smallwood, Andrew Smallwood, Mark Ashcraft, Blake Ashcraft, Caroline Ashcraft, Celess Ashcraft and Steve Ashcraft; his great grandchildren, Charolette "Mia" Smallwood, Antonio Ashcraft, Aaryn Ashcraft and Arionna Ashcraft; and his cousin Freda Boggs of Carolina.
