He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Gene and Patricia Ann Holstein White; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his daughters, Leanna, Veronica (Nick) and Teri White (Roger); his siblings, Kevin White of Colcord, Sherry White of Colcord, Teresa White (Ricky) of Dorothy and Lahoma Smith (Michael) of Beckley; and his grandchildren, Cameron White, Malachi Nelson, Mason Jones, Kayslee Midkiff and Sadie Midkiff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
