He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles K. Scott and Mary L. Phillips Scott; his wife Rosalee White Scott; his daughter Jacqueline Scott White; his siblings, John K. Scott, Frankie Scott, Eleanor Zirkle and Ann Teter; and his granddaughter Amber Cummings.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Beth Sparks (John) of Dailey, WV, Kimberly Ann Bennett (Jon) of Jimtown, WV, Bobbi Jean George (Randy) of Coalton, WV and Eleanora Marie Cummings (Michael) of Flatwoods, WV; and his brothers, Richard Scott and James D. Scott of Coalton, WV. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
