It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Garlitz Petrice of Coalton, West Virginia, born in Ravenna, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl William Garlitz and Shirley Ann Taylor Garlitz; and her brother Gary Garlitz. She is survived by: her children, Archie Ralph Hess III, Carl William Hess (Angie), Angela Gayle Hess (Ronnie), Robert Scott Petrice (Lilly) and Jamey Marie Petrice; her grandchildren, Emmalynn, Owen Hess, Rayna and Anthony Brantner; her siblings, Jeff Garlitz, Pam Hale, Shawnee Garlitz and Brenda Garlitz; her fiancé Dave Lee Ware; and her close friend Edith Melton.
