He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Wills and Hettie Lilly Wills; and his wife Elizabeth Bennett "Betty" Wills. He is survived by: his children, Deborah McKinney (Jerry) of Basin, Tammy Davis (Steve) of Elkin, NC and Roy Eugene Wills II of Coal City.
