He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Q. Lilly and Wanda Bragg Lilly Coleman; his siblings, Dennis E. Lilly, James A Lilly, Howard N. Lilly, Carlos D. Lilly, Audrey Q. Lilly Cox, Opal Burst, Bonnie Johnson and Debra L. Coleman Rife; and his siblings-in-law, Arnold Lusk, Wayne Riddle, Gail Lilly, Rusty Riddle Lilly and Mitzy Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie R. Lilly II of Coal City, Andrea Hopkins (Ron) of Beckley and Sharon Cornett (Chuck) of Beckley; his grandchildren, Haley Morris (Jeff), Heath Green, Madison and Dylan Cornett; the mother of his children Connie S. Lilly; and his siblings, Tom Lilly (Janet), Loretta Lusk and Brenda Grahonya (Jimmy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
