She was predeceased by: her parents, William Anderson and Letha Harrison Anderson; her former husband William Henry Kipps; her husband John Barbour; her daughter Erma Marsh; her sister Leona Shrewsbury; and her grandson Kevin Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Kipps (Beulah) of Coal City, Beverly Atwood (Timothy) of Coal City and Peggy Jean Keaton of Coal City; her grandchildren, Debbie Annette Kipps, Chuck Kipps, Victoria Hewitt, Donald Norris Jr., Edward Keaton, Jeffery Scott Keaton, Christy Lynn Smith and Bobby Marsh; her great grandchildren, Christopher Norris, Skylar Poe, Cole Kipps, Jessica Hewitt, Derrick Shrewsbury, Emily Keaton and Tiffany Dawn Norris; and her stepchildren, Linda Nykile, Rose Cottrell and Jimmy Barbour.
