She was predeceased by: her parents, George Allen Holt and Mary Elizabeth Surface Holt of Sullivan, WV.; her husband Reverend Kepple Eugene Bolen, Sr.; her daughter Debra Bolen Smith; her grandsons, Joshua Caldwell and Christian Isaac; her great grandchild Cassie Canady; her siblings, Otti Cecil, Arlene Cable, Maggie Miller, Grace Gillespie, Leoma Cecil, Wilma Ray, Bernice Bolen, James (Bill), Jack, Francis, Howard, Henry and Ross Holt; and her niece Susie Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Drema (Eddie Alderman), Deana (Rocky Sexton), Kepple Jr. (Crystal Bolen), Chris (Sherry Bolen), Mark (Debbie Bolen) and Faith (Jason Lewis); and her sister Eva Tingler of Coal City. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, eleven great-great grandchildren.
