He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lonnie and Oceana Farley Cox; and his wife Lena Faye Cox. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Forren (Layne) of Beckley, Sheryl Thomas (Tommy) of Coal City and Debra Mills (Rocky) of Coal City. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
