He is survived by: his son Randall Hampton of Midway; his stepdaughter Sherry Hampton of Coal City; his siblings, Drema O'Neal of Coal City, Don Hampton of Pemberton, Lucille Boggess of Coal City, Roger Hampton (Patsy) of Coal City and Terri Upshaw (Bill) of Elk City, OK; and his close friends, Rev. Frank Lyons, Speedy Ayers, Tommy Cochran and Danny "Poncho" Sheets.
