He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Eldredge Dodd and Ruby Emma Dodd (Meador); and his sister Virginia Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Berenice; his sister Janet of Germantown, Ohio; his cousins, Olen Dodd (Judy) of Beckley and Lola Reilly of Leland, NC.; his son Larry Dodd (Lynne) of Tampa Florida; his grandson Cody (Christy); his great grandchild Kole; his son David Dodd; his granddaughter Kelley Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Evan Waldon Wilson and Reese Ann Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia, St. Luke Lutheran Church of Beckley, or Shriners Hospital for Children.
