He was predeceased by: his brother Dustin Tuma; his uncle Okey Thomas Cook Jr.; and his grandparents, Okey Thomas Cook Sr., Sylvia Hazel Kincaid Cook and Shirley Israel.
He is survived by: his daughter Arabella Elizabeth; his aunts, Beverly Evans (Mason) of Coal City and Sherry Bolen (Chris) of Coal City; his grandfather William Israel; and his close friend Megan Sizemore. He is also survived by several cousins, friends.
