He is survived by: his wife Rita Brakefield McAlpine; his children, Franklin (Chanel), Stephanie and Sam; his grandchildren, Stacy, Justin, Samantha, Alex, Emma, Coy and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Brantley and Sophia Rose; and his brother Bill Bolen.
