He is survived by: his parents, Bobby W. Bolen and Joyce Bolen; his daughter Jessica Jo Polatty (James Gregory); his sister Carolyn Walker (Trampus Walker); his nephew Stephen Walker (Shanine); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Christian and Hunter Walker; his niece Maria Rife (Cody); his great-nieces, Skylar, Shaylynn, Sailor and Loxley; and his grandchildren, Evan Lee and Roselynn.
