She is survived by: her children, Alisa Maillet and Richard Pavlik (Sheena); her grandchildren, Wayne Kuhn, Michael Maillet, CJ Maillet, Ashley Kuhn, Hannah Pavlik and Layla Weis; her great grandchildren, Anthonee Kuhn Nevaeh Carr and KaLeah Carr; her great great grandchildren, Mason and Jameson; and her siblings, Dave Cole (Frenchie), Phyllis Belcher and Betty Brown.
