She was predeceased by: her parent Lonnie James Basham; her husband William Jess Lilly; her siblings, John Basham, Harold Basham, Faye Carpenter and Nancy Powers; and her great grandchild Chase William Lilly.
She is survived by: her parent Tressie Foley Basham; her sons, Dennis Lilly of Shady Spring and Charles Alfred Lilly of Coal City; her daughter-in-law Betty Lilly of Beckley; her grandchildren, Chad Lilly, Roger Bothwell (Virginia), Ethan Bothwell (Brittney), Jessica O'Neal (Russell), Chuck Lilly and Cassandra Beth Lilly; her great grandchildren, Zoe Bothwell, Ava Bothwell, Elizabeth Bothwell, Bella Bothwell, Kristopher Lilly, Nicole MacKay, Charles Lilly III, Michael Lilly, Gabe Lilly, Jessalyn Faye O'Neal, Brianna Hope O'Neal and Nicholas Arthur O'Neal; and her great great grandchildren, Taylor Rose MacKay, Jace Alisha MacKay and Dean Asher Tomlin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Coal City Community Church in memory of Earlene Lilly.
