He is survived by: his wife Judy Dillon Stowers; his son Scott (Amy) of Lynchburg, VA; his grandchildren, Cassie and Dillon Stowers of Lynchburg; his siblings, Carol Riggs of Bridgeport, Connecticut and Dwayne (Kathy) of Palm Harbor, Florida.; and his friend Lorraine Joye of Virginia.
