She was predeceased by: her parents, Mander Dotson and Goldie Mullens Dotson. She is survived by: her children, James Harper, Jr. of Cleveland and Lynn Williams (Archie) of Cleveland; her brother Frank Dotson (Evelyn) of Winder, GA; and her grandchildren, Camden Williams (Timbra) and Tracy.
