He is survived by: his wife Johanna Williamson McGonigal; his daughters, Deborah A. Reynolds of East Liverpool and Starlynn McGonigal of West Virginia; and his siblings, James McGonigal (Kathy) of Pekin, IL., Kathleen "Kitty" Ward of East Liverpool and Teresa "Angel" Wright of Wellsville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
