He is survived by: his parent Rella Fisher Hinkle; his children, James Fisher of French Creek, Jennese Samples (Chuck Green) of Hacker Valley, Rosella Samples (Steve Jones) of Hacker Valley, Betty Samples (Frank Boyer) of Jacksonville, FL and Lena Rollins Samples of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Sierra Rollins, Hunter, Timberlee, Brooklynn Dehainaut, Ceanna Boyer, Christopher, Noah, Austin, Ryker Green, Anthony McCartney, Gage Riley and Bryllon Fisher; his great grandchildren, Brenner McCartney, Bryleigh McCartney and Briella McCartney; and his brothers, Arnie Hinkle (Sue), Bill Hinkle, Ron Hinkle and Ross Hinkle (Anette). He is also survived by one sister-in-law Faith Burges; and many other extended family and friends.
