It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Roland Osborne of Clendenin, West Virginia, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth M. Osborne and Emilee Hope Osborne; and his brothers, Kenneth Michael Osborne, Joseph M. Osborne and John R. Osborne.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Allen "Hoot" Osborne (Judy), Edward "Ed" Osborne and Brenda H. Smith (Samuel). He is also survived by children and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
