He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Jakubik and Rolena Jakubik (Jallo); his brother John Michael Jakubik; and his uncle Thomas Jallo. He is survived by: his fiancée Sharon James; his daughters, Mandy Keck (Casey) and Serena Ann Hammond Mihajlovich; his granddaughter Misty Hampton; his sister Victoria R. Kuehnke (Daniel); his aunt Dorothy Wilmoth (late Raymond); and his nieces and nephews, Holly Steele, Blade Kuehnke and Jeni Jinkensen.
