She was predeceased by: her parents, Ona Mae Belcher and William Arthur Belcher; and her brother Charles Lee Belcher. She is survived by: her husband Charles Spence; her siblings, Otis Belcher (Mary) of Clendenin, Eddie Belcher (Sharon) of Pinch, Arthur Belcher of Clendenin, Darla Lesher (Bill) of Walton and Carla Martin of Charleston; and her children, Gregory Allen Spence (Sherri) of Clendenin, Jeremy Spence (Charlotte) of Chapmanville, Jenny Spence of Clendenin, Jessica Sears (Tommy) of Clendenin, Anthony Shaffer (Megan) of Pinch, Gary Westfall of Clendenin and Shana Elswick of Clendenin.
