He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Nigrelli; and his siblings, Toni, Anna, George and Eddy.

He is survived by: his wife Vera Alexander Nigrelli; his children, John Nigrelli of Samuel Nigrelli and Carolyn Komorowski; and his stepchildren, Susan Taylor, Sandra Torrez, Brenda Lewis, Jane Richards and Lewis Lemieux. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
