He is survived by: the mother of his children Nina Haas (Lesher); his children, Angela Sue Meadows (Walter), Steve Hayes (Cathy) and David Hayes; his stepdaughter Cynthia Doumont (Bob); his grandchildren, Christopher Meadows (Kristen), Lydia Meadows (Solomon), Katie Young (Remington), Cecelia Coiner (Derrick), Alisha Burford (Jonathan), Jeremy Hayes, Erica, Chloe Hayes and Matthew; and his sister Sylvia Icenhower. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
