He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Nay; his wives, Dorothy Auger Nay and Amy Nordstrom Nay; his sons, Robert, Michael and Gary Nay; and his sister Dorothy Ray Bissonnette.

He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Ann Flores; his daughters-in-law, Monica (Robert) and Susan (Michael); his stepchildren, Linda Morgan, Paul Gibbons and Ture Nordstrom; and his grandchildren, Miguel Flores, Juan Flores, Carlos Flores, Jessica Hoaglund, Justin Nay, Robert Patrice and Scott Nay. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; and 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
