He is survived by: his children, Tammy Rehs (Johnny), Jeannie Kulon (Chris) and Jimmy Carter (Denise); his sister Beverly Ashley (Rick); and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Jonathan, Christopher, MacKenzie and Samantha.
