It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Sue Proctor (Clendenin, West Virginia), who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Patterson Carr and Isabell Nellie Larch Carr; and her siblings, Minnie Hively, Ruth Sigwerth and Thomas Carr.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Anderson Newman; and her siblings, Nell Hodges of Elkview, WV, Anna Mace of Inverness, Judy Carr of Clay, WV, Betty Harrison of Land, Mark Carr of Sea Grove, NC, Asa Mont Carr of Elkview, WV, Marvin Carr of Franklin, NC and Lawrence Carr of Toledo, Ohio.. She is also survived by 2 granddaughters and 1 great grandson.
