He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hoffman and Dimple Hoffman; his wife Brenda Hoffman; and his siblings, Wanda Curry, Kay Brower and Joe Hoffman.
He is survived by: his son Carl Hoffman of Clendenin; his stepson Larry Fisher (Charlena) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Kyra, Hope, Xane, Will, Myrande and Lincoln; his great grandchild Talian; and his brothers, Charles Hoffman and Frank Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Clendenin Advent Christian Church in his honor.
