She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Francis Slack and Martha Eve Slack (Derrick). She is survived by: her sister Eva Mullins (Slack); her nieces and nephews, Scott Furry (Candace), Deena Corron (Sean) and John Furry (Katherine); her great-nephews, John and Landon; her children, Aaron Adkins and Carrie Fletcher (Clayton); her grandsons, Vincent and Julian; her son Curtis Adkins (Sally); her grandchild Aubrey; and her daughters, Misty Fuller and Kyra.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Nina's name to your home church.
