He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chester Canterbury and Erna Lenora "Butch" Ranson Canterbury. He is survived by: his wife Regina K. Canterbury (Layne); his children, Beth Whitman (Allen) of Winfield, Stephen Jr. (Missi) of Pinch and Michael (Aprielle Smith) of Clendenin; his brother Charles "Chuck" Canterbury of Akron, OH.; and his grandchildren, Evan, Allie Whitman, Emily, Jessica Canterbury and Ethan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
