He was predeceased by: his son Leroy Hall Jr.; his father Howard H. Hall; and his niece Daphney Stone. He is survived by: his wife Brenda F. Holcomb Hall; his children, Tina Hall and Tyler Hall (Danielle); his granddaughter Stephanie Hall; his mother Beatrice Hall of Teays Valley; his siblings, Tom Hall (Connie) of Indore, Keith Hall (Charlotte) of Clay, Linda Brown (Jackie) of Indore, Fay Stephenson (Teddy) of Indore and Joyce Winterholler (David) of Queen Shoals; his nephew Nathaniel Stephenson (Madison); and his brother-in-law Dean Holcomb of Bomont.
