She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Smith (Amanda), David Nichols and Johnny Nichols; her stepchildren, Harvey Carroll, Ruben Carroll and J. D. Carroll; her sister Carla Miller; and her nephews, Joshua Conley and Adam Miller. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
