He was predeceased by: his parents, Romie Carlos Drennen and Maysel Drennen (Sandra Kay); and his sisters, Melissa Cisco and Mary Kay Boggs. He is survived by: his brother Clyde "Buster" Drennen (Linda) of Amma, WV; his sons, Alan Drennen of Charlotte, NC and Richard Drennen (Jeanne) of Hurricane, WV; and his grandchildren, Trevor Drennen, Brady Drennen (Ali) and Jordan Neal.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Clendenin Masonic Lodge in memory of James Drennen.
