He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Casto and Ora F. Deel Casto; and his wife Linda Lou Casto. He is survived by: his son Thomas A. Casto (Sherri L. Asbury); his grandchild Taylor A. Casto Morris (Spencer P. Morris); his great grandchildren, Easton P. Morris, Emerie M. Morris and Ellerie M. Morris; and his sisters, Faye Swiney of Cabin Creek, WV and Gail Anderson (David Anderson) of Goldtown, WV.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
