He is survived by: his significant other Suzanne Rose; his sons, Jack Rose Jr. (Faith) and Andrew Rose (Bethany); his grandchildren, Harmony Rose, Henry Rose, Samuel Rose and Oliver Rose; and his sister Betty Jo Hill (Rick).
