It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Smith of Clendenin, West Virginia, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Howard Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Thomas Smith and Myrtle Smith Wilborn; and his siblings, Goldie Mae, Cecil Ray, Pat Goodrich, Clarence, Freda, Lila and Donald "Popeye".
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Chic" Mae Rose Smith; his sons, Steven Max Smith (Diana Lynn Smith) of Walton and Danny "Bobo" Joe Smith of Big Chimney; his siblings, Charlie Smith and Virginia Watts; and his grandsons, Danny Joe Smith, Jr. (late Lisa) of Big Chimney, Steven Michael Smith (April) of Walton and Matthew Allen Smith (Bridget) of Walton. He is also survived by eight loving great grandchildren.
