He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Keith Wheeler Jr. and Jean Elizabeth Wood Wheeler. He is survived by: his fiancée Jeannie Addington Droddy; and his siblings, Kenneth Wood Wheeler (Allison), Charles Brent Wheeler (Linda) and Barbara Lynn Sauber (Daniel). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
