He is survived by: his wife Lena Collins; his children, Terri Thomas (Todd), Daniel and Gerald Collins II; his siblings, Robert, Roger, Carroll, Kenneth and Reba Collins; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Austin and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Bailey, Kinsley and Jo Jo. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, grandbabies and his loving wife of 53 years.
