He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ellis and Erby Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Clara; his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Tena; his sister Patty; his friend Mike Cahill; and also, Gene, Bob (Deb), Debbie Mays, Robin Cherry, Bruce Greene, Steve Kee and Sherry Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311 with the notation that the funds be used to furnish room 16.
