We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2020, Frances Coiner Oliver (Clendenin, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Coiner and Nora Coiner; her husband James F. Oliver; and her brothers, James Harry Coiner Jr., Don Roy Coiner and Victor Luther Coiner.
She is survived by: her son James H. Coiner III (Beth); her siblings, Elizabeth Bolling, Nettie Pozzie, Carolyn Smith, Bertie Coiner, L. Thomas Coiner and John Coiner; her grandchildren, Tim Clark and Mary Young; and her great grandchildren, Tori and Noah Young. She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
