He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Chandler and Ivy Blackwell Waggoner; his wife Claudia Chandler; and his siblings, Ancil, Paul, Frank, Bill and Betty.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth (Skeeter) and Jeff (Diana); his siblings, David, Joann Thomas and Jane Waggoner; his grandchildren, Sammy, Brian, Josh, Haley, Tyler, Timothy and Brandon "Mike"; and his close friend Mark Reed.
