He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ann Mays; his children, Donnie Mays (Amanda) and Mendy Blake (Larry); his siblings, Randy, Bill, Bob Mays and Sherry Miller; and his grandchildren, Sofy, Bailey, Alevya, Riley, Cade, Reese, Killian and Sarah.
