He was predeceased by: his parents, Denvil Fulton Westfall and Zella Mae Hayes Westfall; his former wife Joyce Westfall; and his siblings, Dale Westfall, Dorothy Ashley and Lucille Westfall.

He is survived by: his wife Lynda Morris Westfall; and his children, Robert Alan "Bobby" Westfall (Terri), Michael Todd Westfall (Lori), Lisa Jo Rollins (Wally), Connie Sue Miller (Lee), Susie Bias and Kathy Yates. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
