He was predeceased by: his wife Norma; and his parents, Astor Carter and Ruth Carter. He is survived by: his son Roger (Amanda); his stepchildren, Kimberly Graley (James) and Richard Dowell (late Pat); his grandchildren, Conner, Leah, Mason and Maddison; and his siblings, Barbara, Richard, Beverly, Paul, Jerry, Charles and Steve.
