He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurshel Leroy and Lisa Kay Smith. He is survived by: his wife Makaila Smith; his children, Kaitlen Ann, Aiden Lester, Gracelynn Michelle, Laylen Laroy and Brailynn Daniel Michael; his brother Michael Leroy Smith (Miranda); and his niece Rebekah Smith.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071).
