He was predeceased by: his father Daniel "Boone" Estep. He is survived by: his wife Laverna Estep; his mother Sondra Blackshire; his son Zach Estep; his stepson Daniel Adkins (Dakota Adkins); and his grandchildren, Joshua David Estep, Mary Grace Estep, Donte Adkins, Olivia Adkins, Dewayne Adkins and Adelina Adkins. He is also survived by family members, friends.
