He was predeceased by: his father Clifford James Hoffman; and his brothers, Danny Hoffman and Joe Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean; his children, April Kearns and Jason Hoffman; his grandchildren, Michael Kearns (Caitlan), Jamie Meckley (Todd), Gavin Reid (Rita), Savannah Hoffman and Madaleah Hoffman (Luke); his siblings, Dean Hoffman, Barry Hoffman (Charlotte), Tim Hoffman (Valorie), Kelton Hoffman (Jennifer), Carol Franks (Theron), Connie Hamby (Doug) and Rosetta Wiseman (Rodney); his siblings-in-law, Robert Pettit and Patricia Pettit-Thompson; and his stepmother Sendia Hoffman-Anderson. He is also survived by many loving great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
