He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Marie Harper; his children, Carla Harper of Clendenin, Alan Harper (Emma) of Clendenin and Christy Strimel (Troy) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Jeremy Strimel (Nicole) of Charleston, Sabrina Canterbury (Joey) of Elkview, Chelsea Harper (Alex Taylor) of Elkview, Zach Harper (Jillian Slater) of Clendenin, Jalayna Harper of Clendenin and Myah Harper of Clendenin; his great grandchildren, Easton and Cora Canterbury of Elkview; and his sisters, Wilda Capo of Atlanta Georgia, Amanda Jean Deel of Clendenin and Annie Mullins of Tennessee.
